Our Process

• An introductory call to learn more about you and the business you lead
• Sign an NDA to maintain confidentiality for review of high-level financial information
• Schedule an in-person visit to get to know each other better
• Request additional data and ask secondary questions to further evaluate the business
• If appropriate, put together a valuation of the business and discuss the future together
• Sign a Letter of Intent and begin a detailed due diligence process — the entire process will take approximately 3-4 months

We understand the sensitivities surrounding a potential sale and, as such, our goal will be to perform a discreet and expeditious process.
